We process all payments via the Autopay payment gateway, which accepts the following payment methods: BLIK account transfer, traditional online transfer, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Upon completion of the payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page, and we will automatically send you a confirmation email to your inbox. Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second e-mail from us informing you about the delivery of the package.

Yes. After packing and handing over the package, you will receive an e-mail from us with a notification containing the tracking number of the shipment. You can use it to display the location of the package on the carrier’s website.
Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order – you will then be informed about the start of the payment process from your bank operator. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the invoice will be sent to the email address assigned to your user account.
Please note that we only issue an invoice after you have selected the right option when placing your order; the default form of confirmation of your purchase in our store is the invoicing.
There are two legitimate cases in which we can make a refund to your account:
1. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, you can file a complaint – please note that to consider it, you must use our complaints form.
2. In case of an error related to the availability of the product in the online store. If after placing your order it turns out that the product you have chosen is not available, we will contact you for a refund.
Please note that the goods purchased in our store are NOT subject to return or exchange if the order was not placed correctly because of the customer’s fault (example – you selected the wrong size of the jewellery or you made a mistake in choosing the color).
All shipments are carried out using the services offered by InPost. You can choose a convenient delivery method to the specified mailing machine at InPost points or use the services of the InPost courier and delivery to the address specified when placing the order.
We also ship outside Poland. We are currently shipping to US member states and the USA.
Yeah, you’ve got five working days to pick him up. You can also shop at the studio headquarters, but the offer of the Nemearis stationary store is much more limited.
Delivery prices range from PLN 8.99 (for pickup locations) to PLN 15.00 (when choosing delivery by courier). Detailed information and cost and delivery time can be checked when placing your order.
Contact your supplier to file a complaint about the delivery process. Please note that the store is NOT responsible for damages to the goods resulting from incorrect methods of transportation of packages.
Account registration ensures the security of personal data and order details, allowing ONLY logged in users to:

You can always create a new password for your account using the password recovery feature. Just enter the email address used during registration and we will send you an email with further instructions.
To care for your health and comfort in our shop you will find jewelry made of hypoallergenic materials i.e.: high polished titanium IMPLANT GRADE ASTM-F136, surgical steel (also called 316L stainless steel).
We also have earrings made of gold and silver, which you will find out more about in the section “PREMIUM JEWELS”.
Titanium for implants, also known as ASTM F-136, is the safest, hypoallergenic material for the manufacture of jewellery for both fresh and healed piercings.
316L stainless steel is a metal alloy with a LOW PROVISION of allergic reaction, because it contains nickel, to which a small percentage of people are allergic.
Be sure to make sure before buying that you are not allergic to the material from which the jewellery was made. The store is NOT responsible for any health complications resulting from an allergic reaction.
PVD coating, or Physical Vapour Deposition, is a technique that allows the painting of metal surfaces; it gives them any color – mostly gold, less often copper, pink or black.
PVD-coated earrings do not negatively affect the health of the customer; however, if you have concerns about this type of materials, order ears whose color has been obtained by anodization.
Anodization is one of the types of metal surface treatment using electric current. Depending on the voltage applied on the surface of the working metal, a layer of aluminum oxide of a specific color is produced. It is a durable, non-smelly layer and completely safe for the customer’s health.
Yes, this applies to certain models of titanium earrings that have not previously been coated with PVD. Anodization is an additional service and costs [X PLN].
