If the purchased products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order .

To be accepted for return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all labels and proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, the returned earring must be in its original protective film, intact .
