- Nostril – a classic nostril piercing. It can be done on one or both sides.
- High Nostril – a piercing above the classic nostril, closer to the bridge of the nose.
- Septum – a piercing of the nasal septum. It allows for the wearing of decorative hoops or clickers.
- Bridge – a piercing of the skin on the bridge of the nose, between the eyes. This is a surface piercing – it does not penetrate the cartilage.
