Terms and Conditions – Visit and Payment Policy | Nemearis Kraków

1. Booking appointments

Appointments at Nemearis Piercing & Jewellery are primarily booked through the Booksy platform. If you have any problems with your reservation, you can also contact us via Instagram or by phone: +48 577 371 677 .

2. Payments

Payment for the service is made on-site at the salon – by cash or card. All services require prepayment when booking through Booksy.

3. Deposit and cancellation of the visit

For services requiring a deposit, the amount paid is non-refundable. The studio will only refund the deposit if the client's anatomy is not suitable for the piercing.

4. Lateness

Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the questionnaire. Late arrivals may result in the piercer refusing to perform the service, but the deposit will be retained as payment for the reserved time.

5. Age requirements

We perform piercings for individuals aged 16 and over – with the written consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian (confirmed by a document). Piercings of intimate areas, tongue, nipples, and implants are performed only for adults (18+).

6. Contraindications

Before each service, the client is required to inform the piercer about their health, allergies, and medications they are taking. Services are not performed on individuals:
– pregnant or breastfeeding,
– under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
– with active skin infections,
– during antibiotic therapy,
– or during healing of more than three piercings at the same time.

7. Consents and liability

Before the treatment, each client signs a consent form and confirms that they have read the care instructions. The studio is not responsible for any complications resulting from failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

8. Warranty and complaints

Each piercing is performed with due care and in accordance with the highest hygiene standards. Complaints regarding the service should be submitted within 72 hours of the appointment. Complaints related to bodily reactions (e.g., migration, rejection) are non-refundable – they are a natural risk of piercing.

9. Hygiene and safety

All services are performed using sterile, disposable equipment. Clients are asked to arrive in clean, comfortable clothing and without accompanying guests, children, or pets (unless otherwise agreed). Recording is prohibited in the studio without the staff's consent.

10. Personal data (GDPR)

Personal data (name, surname, phone number, email) is processed solely for the purpose of providing services, contacting the customer, and maintaining visitor histories. The data controller is Michał Popiół, owner of the Nemearis brand. Data is not transferred to third parties and is protected in accordance with the GDPR. Customers have the right to view, edit, and delete their data.

11. Buying jewelry

Jewelry purchased in-store or during a treatment cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In the case of manufacturing defects, exchanges are possible in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

12. Promotions and discounts

Temporary promotions (e.g., piercings for PLN 100) are valid only on specific dates and on selected services. Discounts cannot be combined. The studio reserves the right to introduce or end promotions at any time.

13. Final provisions

The studio reserves the right to refuse to perform a service in the absence of health contraindications, violation of the regulations or behavior that threatens the safety of staff or other clients.
